Over Winter break last year, my family and I set out for an adventure in Chile! Our adventure began at a Chilean ranch in the southern most part of the country. On the ride to our resort in Patagonia, we stopped at a old-fashioned ranch for a delicious lunch and tour. We saw sheep shearing and had mocktails by the fire while listening to a traditional Chilean band. The home cooked meal of empanadas, potatoes, fresh tomatoes, and roasted lamp was a great start to our expedition!
