Touring Hampton Court Palace

Last summer I had the pleasure of visiting Hampton Court Palace, just outside of London, with my mom and sisters. This fascinating palace with its Tudor and Baroque sides are surrounded by incredible gardens. Rich with history, it's a great place to visit before seeing the musical Six at the West End which is about King Henry VIII’s six wives. He brought all of his wives to the Tudor palace which is famous for its Maze and Great Vine. Later William III and Mary II commissioned to have the palace switched to a baroque style, but only one side of it was changed. You might recognize the views of the Baroque side as this is where several scenes of Bridgerton were filmed. We felt transported back in time as we strolled the great halls and even caught a carriage ride around the grounds.
