It's almost Valentine's Day, and it only seems fitting that there should be cake. I had the opportunity to participate in a baking class at Indian Hills Country Club and loved it! I'm not usually a huge icing fan, but the Swiss meringue and the chocolate ganache won me over. Let's just say that I am in strawberry macaroon heaven!
